Absolutely! We encourage our clients to share their ideas and preferences with us for their photography session. We want your photos to reflect your personality and style, so we are happy to accommodate specific requests as much as possible.

 You can send or bring up to ONE employee (a person on your payroll) to be in the photos with you or shoot in your place. We, unfortunately, can not accommodate teams. These shoots move fast and the time allotted works best for individual shots. If you’d like team photos, please email us and we can give you a quote for team shoots! 

 You can reschedule anytime until 24 hours before your shoot. If shoot is cancelled less than 24 hours before, you'll forfeit your shoot. There are no refunds for missed shoots.  Trial shoot purchases are non-refundable. If you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy, you will receive a credit to rebook your shoot. No cash refunds will be issued. This credit ensures you don’t lose your investment while allowing us to honor the time, planning, and resources reserved for your session.  

 You can cancel anytime after your initial commitment with a written notice (email info@mycontento.com) 14 days before your next monthly Billing Cycle. 

 Any unused shoots will automatically roll over to subsequent months and will be valid for one year with an active membership. If you pause or cancel your membership, your account is considered not active and therefore, you will not have access to book your shoots. This means, if you want to use your rollover shoot/s, you will need to do so before cancelling your membership.
